Terms of service

Effective September 15, 2026

These terms govern access to Rallybrook Workspace. By using the service, you agree to use it only for lawful, authorized purposes and in accordance with policies that apply to the accounts and information you connect.

Authorized use

Workspace is currently provided to users authorized by Rallybrook. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, access another person's information without permission, or use Workspace to violate law or third-party rights.

Connected services and content

You retain your rights in content you provide or connect. You authorize Rallybrook to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support Workspace. Your use of Google and other connected services remains subject to their respective terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Workspace reliable, but the service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, Workspace is provided without warranties not expressly stated here, and Rallybrook is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Ending access

You may stop using Workspace and disconnect connected accounts at any time. Rallybrook may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to legal requirements, or address a violation of these terms.
